Next Steps: Property from the estate!!
On June 2 I got the horrible news that my mom passed on June 9 it's my mother's funeral I Highland at her church called Cornerstone and after the church service we went over to the the cemetery in Highland and then after that we went to the house 1958 Shewchenko Dr Highland MI 48356
Right away it was a little bit of some time since I've been back to the house I was at Christmas with my family at the house and then I think sometime after that I went and saw my mother and that was that's been with this whole year that's how much I've been at the house
So for whatever reason my sister from the beginning said I'm not allowed to come on the first floor I'm only need to go in the basement and I need to be company by some of the family to go in and get my items so I only have so many times to do this or they were able or whatever I had to wait until I got the money from assurance policy to come in to pay for the storage
We talked pretty cool you know I started cleaning up in the garage and she got stressed out when inside she came out I swear it was like an a like in an ungodly amount like almost 10 times I got to the point where I got the stuff in the garage figure it out and I got to the end and I was gonna come in and eat and I talked her I said why don't we take care of some things so I got done straightening up a couple areas in and I said to my sister with my girlfriend there you know we might as well go ahead and leave and then she said no no let's go in and eat and then I went inside and ate but my sister still was stressing out and didn't let me go and talk we didn't go and talk about the issue with my stuff at that point I agreed with her but at that but my girlfriend was in the garage with me and I heard her say no we're not doing this today OK and that she pointed out tell your sister about your items that you want to secure him I'm here to hear this so my girlfriend was there and heard her denied me and we shoulder not want to touch to be clarified and that she knew where my items were
On July 2 it's been 30 days from my mother's death and this was my idea I'm giving me 30 days give me 30 days oh they want to do our way before all that OK so I have such an issue with my brother to get over there you know and Inc pick a time I only got like three runs with a vehicle it all blew up in Cheri's face with this whole idea with I gotta be company with somebody they could've just open the door for me it was mainly the rest of my stuff left over they couldn't lift that condition he didn't care about anything that was left
So I'm worried about this right now how much they might've took out after everything and then she said come figure out another day and you can come back that's the way we left it so by right now right now she won't answer my calls she won't give me any of the proper documents

possessions that are currently at the above stated property.
On Saturday July 30, 2022, David Wasiel can remove all personal property from the estate
from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
If David Wasiel does not remove any possession on July 30, 2022, then the executors have
established that David Wasiel does not want any of the remaining property, then all the items will be disposed of.

If there is any documents that he's not received like the itemize list for the estate sale he is entitled to those documents and anything you've been withholding
He tried calling the person with the probate they're giving him the runaround too so inform David that the probate process is over cuz he is not received that letter in the mail
And if the probate process isn't over why you asking him to get his items out he's going to get them out he's doing the right thing by the law

David has been saying the reasons for the basement and not getting finished our unbelievably stupid news by the siblings

2003 my age is 28 nothing up until this point really sunk in I was a late bloomer or it was nobody ever really help me took me this long to catch on I was staying with dad he was treating me pretty right compared to everybody else

For the future to the executors
I'm stating that I do not want any more further communications with Debbi after the things she said and now when I know it's just completely pure hate and I want that out of my life she will continue her hate she doesn't have all the facts together

What is a big confusion that they all keep stating because my mother wrote this way
August 1 2022 I will be contacting my lawyer to clear this

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We worked our asses off the whole time with no real breaks except for arguing that wasted all of our time. I'm disabled yet I worked loading heavy stuff in the hot summer sun. Don't worry the house can be sold quicker now and you all will get your money, so don't worry. David is not doing well and hasn't been since Theresa went to be with the Lord and out Savior Jesus Christ. He wouldn't be the way he is if his most treasured machines would not have been stolen along with his $300 pole saws and other landscaping tools. He needed those things to work on the side for a little extra cash. ⁶

David there is no doubt that the 2 of you didn't love each other other. She was the one who tried the hardest with you.. It was getting too hard for her as she was getting older and you were still being mean to her. She was hoping you would call her or see her when she was in the hospital.. But you didn't. Don't you think this is hard on all of us.. You're not the only one that lost their mom. It's not about the money it's about we need to finish this or who's going to pay it.
It's so difficult for you to understand you should've did right from the beginning you can't cover it up what part of your gonna pull out whatever I do wrong with mother I am so sick of you I'm so sick of you where were you when Christmas you can come out for Christmas and we were all my girlfriend was there too and for you to say that about love how can you judge somebody else's law for someone else how do you have a right you're something else you really are and you know know you know I would coming out for a week and staying for a week at a time more than ever this last year.
