 So the executor of my mother's estate They decided to take the money From the estate and have my stuff removed  but what was so difficult to ask me Where they could have that delivered my items

 What do I mean about absent  is she were to think everything over  there will probably be a better outcome  for her to take forth that's what I mean by absent  she's not doing unto the beneficiary as what she want done unto her on a lot of 

 Because of all the fraudulent things that she put in front of my path having that letter from my mom and it was not binding cuz she didn't sign  I couldn't go on to the first floor starting the stage of what is it  that I can't go on the first floor  so through the rest of the whole  time  they had a cloud under me  because of that they can do whatever

 So the probate decides to give Cheri the position  I would think it would be wise onto the executor at that point at least and give me two times under that Probate Court made her executor  what I mean by two times  if I go once that gives me another time to get whatever I could not get the first time that would be understandable and fair
